Condolence & Memory Journal

Dearest Terry, you had a wonderful gift in hospitality welcoming us into your home and into your heart. You encouraged each of us and took an avid interest in our lives. You took interest in my photography, the turned around and decorated beautifullly in your home. I was honored.
Your wit gave us smiles. Your knowledge of scripture and old time hymns enriched our lives and was so cheerfully and enthusiastically shared!
You were definitely a cheerful giver on all fronts and an inspiration to us all. We will miss you, dear one....
Blessings on Peter, Ben, and Family
Until we meet again with our Lord...!

Dear Peter and Ben and Sharla and family, John and I send our deepest sympathies. We also share the pain of missing Terry. I knew her all of her life. She always had a generous heart and a truly strong and determined sense of mission to help others. Her laugh and her sharp but gentle sense of humor sometimes reminded me of our grandmother. I know she has found peace now and I am thankful for wonderful memories she has left us.

My husband Steve and I didn't know Terry, but we have known Peter in the last 10 years that we've lived on Lake Matawanakee. Peter, we send you our condolences and sympathy at this very sad and lonely time. We did see you and Terry out on your driveway when you were helping her walk after her stroke. If you are able, we hope you can continue to walk around the neighborhood. We have found this to be a very friendly area, and we'll be happy to see you.

We will miss this sweet, kind, and generous lady. She loved the Lord dearly and was always interested in the welfare of others. A perfect hostess with the gift of creating lasting special memories at every occasion. But we will all meet again in heaven - what a day that will be!

Sweet, gentle, loving Terry ... our godly Sister in Christ who served Him quietly with all her heart. The pain of missing her is ours ... as with Kit ... and especially for husbands and family .... but the joy and exultation is all theirs. They are HOME with their Beloved Savior ... and each other. How blessed we are to walk this earthly journey together, and to have eternity together with our Precious Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. May all the goodness of the Lord that shone in Terry continue to bless all that knew her, bearing eternal fruit. Peter and Ben, you were especially blessed. Love in Christ Who has made eternity with Him a glorious reality for all who trust Him,

Terry has been a dear friend of mine for about 40 years! I'm so glad that she is rejoicing with her heavenly Father, but miss her so much. She was ALWAYS concerned about others and genuinely would find ways to help others in need--her focus was ALWAYS on others rather than herself. And her sense of humor was wonderful! She was a wonderful friend and will never be forgotten. I'm so looking forward to mulling over the many memories from those 40 years.
